Check Out the First Image From Faults, Starring Mary Elizabeth Winstead
Snoot Entertainment, the production company behind You're Next, announced today that their latest, the dramatic thriller Faults, has completed principal photography. They've also debuted the first piece of art from the film, which you can check out below!Leland Orser and Mary Elizabeth Winstead star alongside a supporting cast that includes Beth Grant, Chris Ellis, Lance Reddick, and John Gries. Riley Stearns wrote and directed the project, which was produced by Snoot�s Keith Calder and Jessica Wu.
In the film, Claire (Winstead) is under the grip of a mysterious new cult called Faults. Desperate to be reunited with their daughter, Claire�s parents hire Ansel Roth (Orser), one of the world�s foremost authorities on cults and mind control, to kidnap and deprogram their daughter.

* The premise sounds very similar to Kate Winslet's Holy Smoke and another flick I watched when I was a kid starring two of my favorite actors (James Woods and Brian Dennehy), Split Image. It should be a combo of both movies with horror elements. The indie could feature MEW first nude scene (if she haven't done so in Cinemax QUARRY pilot). The director is her husband. Potentially awards-baiting performance by MEW. My prediction: non-sexual nudity.
