From an anonymous source:
I just got confirmation from my friend that it WILL be happening at SXSW this year but they are trying to keep it kind of on the down low and make it more of a word-of-mouth thing. Emily Hagins will be appearing fully nude in the installation. This will be the 20-year old actress/director's first nudity. Here's hoping pics leak to the Internet during SXSW!
Here's everything I know about the Emily Hagins thing: I know a guy who has worked with Emily on her last couple movies and together they are doing this art installation, which is going to most likely be put on while Emily is at SXSW (south by southwest) with her new movie next month. Apparently it's pretty "hush-hush" right now as they are working out the final details with the SXSW people, who seem to be all gung-ho and looking forward to it. From what I know, Emily will be full frontal (boobs, butt and bush) along with two other girls (one who is 18, the other is 19 and Emily is 20) It looks to definitely be happening unless they can't finalize the deal. And yes, Emily is a very sexy girl. I for one can't wait to see her bush. lol.
20-years old Emily Hagins was the first teenage girl in the US to make a feature film (Pathogen) at the age of 12 and was the subject of the documentary Zombie Girl: The Movie. Her third feature, My Sucky Teen Romance, premiered at SXSW 2011, where it was picked up for distribution by Dark Sky Films. Now 20, Grow Up, Tony Phillips is her fourth feature.
The SXSW Film Festival runs March 8th-16th in Austin, TX.
Okay, guys. This is what you can do if you're planning to drop in on SXSW to catch couple of flicks. Head over to Emily's booth, one hand on your cell phone and if possible, take a few discreet (please be careful) pics of Emily (in all her full-frontal glory) and forward it to me so I can post it on the blog.
Here is some info on sweet Emily including interviews:

* She is planning to become full-time director but at the same time struggling to raise cash for her film projects. Here is my two cents. Being an indie baby is all fine and dandy but you'll always struggle financially. Your talent will be wasted playing to a devoted but admittedly small crowd. I think she better off relocating to L.A, get herself a top notch rep and start from scratch (directing TV-shows, work as assistant director). Get a feel how the mainstream productions operates, discover ways to balance profits margin with modest budget and still produce awesome flicks; apply that knowledge on own film projects. It's long arduous process but anything worthwhile always requires hard work and tiny bit of luck. She should do it now while time and youth is on her side.

Now this is a nice surprise. Maybe even shocking. 21-years old Filipina actress (also champion surfer) Mara Lopez is very naked in artsy-erotic flick Palitan.
She is an American by birth and her mom is former beauty queen (Miss Philippines 1982) Maria Isabel Lopez. Maria is famous for her all out nude scenes in Silip (1985) and now her daughter is keeping up with the tradition by doing the same in Palitan. The movie reportedly boasts one of the lengthiest and sexiest love scenes ever seen in a mainstream release for many years.
Lilok Pelikula
What’s very disgusting about Palitan is the cycle of abuse it creates, that after taking advantage of Mara Lopez’s body through a series of prolonged sex scenes that borders on the indecent and lascivious (in short, pointless and offensive) and making her believe (as an actor and a person) that she is carrying out the role for the sake of the film and not of the filmmakers (which is utter bullshit) it forces the viewers to partake in its obscenity and lets them feel as though the desecration committed to her were happening for a good reason.
Coconuts Manila
Remember Mara Lopez? You know, the daughter of former beauty queen Maria Isabel Lopez who joined “Survivor.” The two men agree on a deal (Ramiro wants to watch Luisa take a bath naked), and what happens after this is why we should all watch this film.
Star Meter
The film marks the first leads and most daring roles of Lopez, daughter of former beauty queen Maria Isabel Lopez and Medina, son of veteran actor Pen Medina.
Lopez admitted that she had to consult her mother before accepting the role. “My mom and I discussed if I am ready to accept such an intriguing role and she said she’ll always be there to help and support me. It’s my most challenging role and there are a lot to watch out for, but I don’t want to divulge anything. Let’s just say I placed my full trust to my co-actors and director,” said Lopez.
Chikka
Lopez achieved an impressive performance that made her worthy of her Best Actress trophy. She displayed an honest and wealth of emotion that you would rarely see from a new actress. Though she have displayed much skin in the movie, I did not see her as a sex symbol rather as a victim that deserves compassion and help.
Twitch Films
Palitan could be seen as exploitative, especially with its overindulgent bed scenes that seem to overpower what essentially is a thin story. However, the exploitation is an overt part of the milieu Bautista attempts to explore. It is a milieu where everything is traded, judged with whatever commercial value they have. In the absence of love and money, even our souls have a price tag.
Back To The Frying Pan
Known primarily as a homage to the original erotic classic Scorpio Nights, this movie has pretty much big shoes to fill, but to no avail, wasn’t able to give it a proper tribute. There’s too much sex going on, however; too less emotions that the viewers are feeling for the characters. There were also a lot of contrived scenes just to give it a more sexual approach, and the ending was predictable. It is also worthy to mention that the first sex scene between Mara Lopez and Mon Confiado took forever to be over one has to wonder if the target audience was men suffering from erectile dysfunction. The casting was good though; Mon Confiado really gives this creepy boss vibe well, Alex Medina has this raw enthusiasm that is transparent in all of his scenes, and Mara Lopez passes the innocent woman from the province role she had. All in all, it was too inconsistent to effectively work, though there there were some bright spots in it.
Click The City
The centerpiece of this movie is a really lengthy sex scene. It goes on for far too long, lingering on body parts and offering little in the way of actual narrative development. It just goes on and on for no reason, really, other than the lurid, exploitative content. If there is a point to be made beyond the exposed nipples and marathon humping, it is lost in the mélange of paper-thin characters, dubious motivations, and clichéd outcomes.
Sssip
Mara Lopez exuded so much sexiness and bareness in this movie, but you won’t feel any “dirty kind of art”. Her sex scenes with both Alex and Mon were done and choreographed in diversity- with Alex, it’s like a “robot sex” and with Mon, a “passionate kind of making love”. But both were directed with taste and a delicate touch of a creative mind that certainly pleased the viewers. Mara acted so simply, delivered her lines so naturally and exuded a great aura of subdued performance. She, too, rightfully deserved the Best Actress award for Cinema One via this film.

Aimee Garcia Upped To Regular On ‘Dexter’
Aimee Garcia (Trauma) has been promoted to a series regular on the Showtime drama Dexter. She will reprise her recurring role as young graduate student Jamie Batista, Dexter’s (Michael C. Hall) nanny and Angel Batista’s (David Zayas) little sister. Production on the upcoming eighth and possibly final season of Dexter starts shortly for a summer launch. Garcia currently recurs on CBS’ freshman drama Vegas and will next be seen starring in MGM’s RoboCop reboot. She is repped by Paradigm, Thruline and attorney Lev Ginsburg.* more money for Aimee in becoming a regular. What's the trade off for the producers? They didn't do it out of goodness of their heart. They wanted something from Aimee and upping her to main cast spot means it must be something special.

Sherlock’s Andrew Scott and Merlin’s Katie McGrath to date in Channel 4 drama
Scott will go on a romantic encounter with Mrs Biggs star Sheridan Smith in the new drama series from the creator of Skins
Andrew Scott and Katie McGrath are among the stars set to recreate the nerves, awkwardness and sexual confusion of a first date, in a new Channel 4 drama series.
Written by Skins creator Bryan Elsley, Dates is a series of two-handers following characters on initial romantic encounters, with some appearing in just a single episode while others are involved in longer story arcs.
Former Sherlock star Scott, who plays a Christian named… Christian in the series, will find himself sat across a dinner table from schoolteacher Jenny, played by Mrs Biggs’s Sheridan Smith.
Katie McGrath, best known as dark witch Morgana in BBC1 fantasy drama Merlin, will date one of the other stars – whether male or female is yet to be specified – who include The Thin Red Line’s Ben Chaplin, The Hour's Oona Chaplin, Fresh Meat’s Greg McHugh, Secret Diary of a Call Girl's Gemma Chan, Tyrannosaur's Sian Breckin, The Story of Tracy Beaker's Montana Thompson and Smith’s former Two Pints of Lager co-star Will Mellor.
Smith’s character Lucy will be involved in more than one episode – also dating city trader Nick, played by Utopia’s Neil Maskell – in a show described as “hopeful, surprising, awkward” and “sexy as hell”.
Currently filming in London, the nine-part series is set to air in the summer.
* "sexy as hell" better means nudity in every episode by the female leads. I be looking out specially for Katie who is finally listening to her agent to strike while the iron is still hot.

Katheryn Winnick is Lagertha in Vikings
* while my realist side knows there won't be any real nudity in the show, my fantasy side won't be surprised if 35-years old Canadian babe Katheryn Winnick (she really wanted to play Lagertha and breezed through the audition) does brief nude scenes (quick glimpse of nips and ass). If she goes beyond that and the show is edited to suit each region like The Transporter..........ready to stroke-a-rumble, guys!

Hong Kong models offered over HK$500,000 for sex
By Beth Main
A number of top Hong Kong models spoke recently about being propositioned for sex in return for large sums of money. Requests came through agents or other avenues, sometimes directly asking 'Will she sleep with me?' The models said they were outraged that their coworkers were involved in such immoral activities.
One man even directly posted on model Naomi's Facebook:
Sorry... Coz I found your photo ...you are so pretty; You available for sex trade? are...$1x,xxx ok ma? At least in the Xmas time...please Please consider ThanksWhich is grammatically as disturbing as the intent behind it!
Model Lulu was asked to spend 5 days in the Maldives with one man, by his secretary, for HK$500,000.
Prices seem to range from HK$1,000 for unknown models, to HK$3,000 if they've been on TV. Some men even paid to have sex with well known pole dancers at HK$570,000 for one night. A Taiwanese man reportedly offered one model HK$150,000 to sleep with him.
In 2011, the mainland and Hong Kong rumour mills went into overdrive when it was alleged that numerous Chinese and Hong Kong celebrities were moonlighting as (very) high class prostitutes. 'Bing Bing' (no family name given, but not hard to guess) was rumoured to charge 500,000 yuan per night.
Rape uncovers 'cash for sex' culture of Hong Kong entertainment industry
Phoebe Hui |
A 25-year-old local model was sexually assaulted on Jan. 26 by a 34-year-old Taiwanese man. The model said she agreed meet the man after he promised to pay her US$19,300 to have a drink with him, but he secretly spiked her drink and raped her after she passed out. By the time she woke up, the money in her purse was also gone.
The incident has prompted the media to look into the "cash for company" culture of models and actresses in Hong Kong's entertainment circles. Local media have reported that the minimum price for dinner with a Hong Kong actress or model starts from US$130.
Additional "services" cost extra, and prices will depend on the fame of the model or actress. Some sources claim that a young model with a name containing the same Chinese characters as a famous star has an asking price of US$73,000 a night.
Phoebe Hui, a 24-year-old Hong Kong model, claims she recently declined a wealthy individual who offered her US$12,800 for her to spend the night with him. Hui said many women in Hong Kong's entertainment industry actually volunteer to exchange sex for money.
A particular actress, who made her debut as a singer, has been doing a lot of "business" with mainland Chinese customers in recent years, she said. This actress often arranged to shoot scenes in Hong Kong's New Territories to make it easier for her to receive customers from the mainland. When she shoots in Beijing, she tells her manager not to bother booking a hotel. "Where do you think she stays?" Hui said.
There is another sexy Hong Kong actress whom everyone knows makes a lot of money sleeping with customers, Hui said. This actress would even offer sex services for free to film producers or directors to obtain a role in a film, she added.
Another Hong Kong model named Naomi recently denied to local media that she had been a victim of rape during a cash for company arrangement. She disclosed that she was once invited to see a movie with someone for US$320, while another promised to support her financially by paying her HK$1 million (US$129,000) a month, but she declined them all. "If I'm going to marry someone, I'm going to marry a billionaire. Offering one million is beneath me," she said. "I'm not being greedy.
Policewoman demoted over sexually explicit video, photos
TPD lieutenant busted to sergeant for sharing sexual images of herself
Lt. Diana Lopez, a former public information officer for the Tucson Police Department, was reduced to the rank of sergeant following an investigation that she took sexually explicit videos, and a provocative photo of herself wearing her police uniform shirt, and sent them to a subordinate officer. |
A Tucson police lieutenant was demoted after she took sexually explicit videos, and a provocative photo of herself wearing her police uniform shirt, and sent them to a subordinate officer with whom she was in a relationship, department officials said Monday.
Lt. Diana Lopez, a former public information officer for the Tucson Police Department, was reduced to the rank of sergeant following an investigation that began in last August. Anonymous letters sent to the department and the City Attorney's Office about Lopez prompted the probe, according to a departmental report made public Monday.
The internal affairs investigation found that Lopez sent photographs and videos using her personal cell phone to the subordinate officer, whose name was not released.
That officer then apparently shared the videos with other TPD officers, the report said. This happened from May 2011 through August 2011, the report said.
Lopez violated several department regulations, professional standards and a code of ethics, the police documents say.
"Lopez used extremely poor judgment in sending these images undermining her credibility as a commander. Her actions have negatively affected not only her reputation, but the reputation and mission of the Tucson Police Department," wrote Assistant Chief Kathleen Robinson.
Lopez is now a patrol sergeant in Operations Division South, said Sgt. Chris Widmer, a TPD spokesman.
Widmer said the investigation is ongoing. He would not elaborate.
No interviews were given Monday by Police Chief Roberto Villaseñor or police commanders about the findings.
Attorney Michael Piccarreta, who represents Lopez, said she is considering a civil lawsuit against the city, or appealing the demotion through the Civil Service Commission.
"The case raises constitutional issues when there is a lawful off-duty behavior, and a wrongdoer violates your trust and privacy rights without your permission or consent by making it public," Piccarreta said.
According to police documents:
• Lopez acknowledged that one video shows her kissing a person in a police locker room while she was on duty.
• Lopez said a sexually explicit video of herself was taken at her home while she was off-duty.
• Thirteen people "might have, or might have knowledge" of the videos and photographs. They were ordered to turn the material over to the department, but all said "they did not have the material in question." The videos and photo were not found during the internal affairs investigation, "but there is no doubt they exist."
• One officer told investigators that Lopez had shared sex videos with him, and as far as he knows, they were not taken on department property. He also said he forwarded the videos electronically to other officers, and personally showed video to a sergeant.
• Other officers saw the sex videos, including some clips that did not identify the woman.
• Capt. John Stamatopoulos had lunch with Capt. Clayton Kidd in August 2012 and Stamatopoulos revealed to Kidd "the secret about the tapes" that Stamatopoulos had kept to himself for 10 months.
• The investigation found Stamatopoulos failed to notify the department about the videos and photographs. He received a written reprimand.
• Kidd denied that he was aware of any graphic "sex videos" pertaining to Lopez. He said he heard there was some type of "Girls Gone Wild" video, including a number of female personnel on a trip to Las Vegas.
• Kidd was cleared of wrongdoing.

Sexy stuff from former Miss Norway 2005 Helene Traasavik Her mother is Thai and her father is from Norway. Helene frequently travelled between Norway and Thailand to visit her grandparents. She said of growing up in Norway, "my siblings and I spent our days fishing for crabs.I used to arrange fishing contests in the summertime. I had a very good childhood even though my parents got divorced, and I have a very good relationship to my family."
At the age of 18, and on a whim, she competed in the Miss Norway Pageant and won the title. She spent over a year as Miss Norway and travelled the world as a Red Cross ambassador. But it was her time in Thailand as well as her mother's Buddhist teachings that inspired her to pursue yoga as a way of life.
Helene Traasavik's hobbies include jazz and ballet, listening to house music, surfing, skiing and Pilates. Her favorite motto is "Never stop dreaming, 'cause with eyes in the stars and feet on the ground you can achieve anything. Nothing is impossible, only challenging!"
Besides her parents, the person who had the most influence on her life was Helene's schoolteacher, Anne Sofie Ekberg, because she "taught me to believe in myself and that I can do anything that I want to do"

October 2012 Face of the Month Elle Evans
Ash Gupta’s October Face of the Month comes all the way from Paris, Paris, Texas, that is. Born in Texas, and raised in Louisiana, Elle Evans launched her fashion modeling career earlier this year. “Being from a small town,” she explains, “I had much bigger dreams to get out and see the world. LA seemed to be the perfect place to start!”
After meeting 838 Media Group this summer, she has worked with Ash Gupta on several editorials and projects. In front of the camera, it’s evident that she takes her career seriously, staying focused and taking direction ‘til the very end.
During a shoot, she explains, “I feel beautiful, powerful, loved, adored, and wanted. I always keep my confidence in front of the camera because if you don’t, your insecurities will show right through the lens to the final images.”
Elle has travelled the world and worked abroad. One of her favorite memories is a commercial she did in China for the Asia market: “I was cast as the part of Marilyn Monroe for a new hot tea-like beverage that promotes youth and beauty.”
Given the fantastic weather and powerful thunderstorms in Texas and Louisiana, Elle’s motto in life is fitting: If you want the rainbow, you have to tolerate the rain. And there has been some rain along the way. “One of my worst modeling experiences,” she tells us, “was working with a very stubborn hair and makeup artist. She wouldn’t take into consideration anything I was saying about the hair or makeup and ended up getting extremely jealous of my and the photographer’s chemistry (which was strictly professional, by the way), and she ended up walking off set halfway through the shoot. The whole day ended up being wasted and none of the images ever used.”
She does have advice for other aspiring models: “Never sign anything without extremely careful consideration and reconsideration! Take in every bit of information and knowledge possible. Look, listen, learn, and feel every bit of your surroundings to make the most out of your entire experience. Be very detail-oriented and don’t miss a thing.”
As a little girl, Elle wanted to be a ballerina since she loves dancing, and also a veterinarian, given her love for animals. Asked what movie character could represent her, she answers without hesitation, “Sleeping Beauty! I’m notorious for being able to sleep for hours upon hours! Thirty-one hours is my record so far.”
Elle describes her personal style as a mix of boho, hippie-chic, casual while still being on trend. “I’m very capable of pulling off outfits that most people can’t,” she exclaims with a smile. A key component of that style is her must-have item of clothing—“white Italian-made combat style boots that go with absolutely any of my clothing”—and her must-have makeup—liquid concealer, blush, and chapstick. Her favorite designers include Marc Jacobs, Karl Lagerfeld, and Ralph Lauren.
When asked about something she wishes more people knew about her, Elle offers this gem of an attitude:
“It doesn’t matter to me what you dress like, or look like, or what your profession is, if you treat me with kindness and respect, I will do the same to you. Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. Always.”
And an attitude like that can get you through any thunderstorm.

Eva Mendes Joins Ryan Gosling's Directorial Debut, Because What Else Did You Think Was Going To Happen?
After pairing up as colleagues in the upcoming "The Place Beyond The Pines," and off screen as the most enviable couple in Hollywood, Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes are taking their relationship to the next level. And don't worry ladies, we're not talking marriage.Mendes has (inevitably) joined Gosling's directorial debut, "How To Catch A Monster." And if there's any way to surely test any union, it's working together. Good luck, Mendling. Penned by Gosling, the cryptic logline reveals the story to be centering on Billy, a single mother of two, who is swept into a macabre and dark fantasy underworld while her teenage son discovers a secret road leading to an underwater town. Both Billy and Bones must dive deep into the mystery, if their family is to survive. Mendes joins Christina Hendricks, Ben Mendelsohn (another 'Pines' actor) and the also newly cast Rob Zabrecky on the picture, and she'll play Cat, who takes a central role at something called Big Bad Wolf Club, which we presume is the fetish club that has been hinted at earlier.
Production on the movie gets underway this spring, and after working with folks like Terrence Malick, George Clooney, Nicolas Winding Refn, Derek Cianfrance and more, we're of course eager to see what Gosling puts together with his first venture behind the camera. [Bloody Disgusting]
* this just keeps getting better and better. Christina Hendricks and Eva Mendes have few scenes together. Both work at the fetish club and performs some weird S-and-M stage play with blood and violence involved. Mendes and director Ryan Gosling are dating so we could be in for January Jones and Kate Bosworth type of nudity if Ryan play his cards right. Hell, I will cum buckets at the sight of Christina in tight latex outfit.

Kristy Lee Dupre strips down in Gilbert Theater's production of 'Naked'
The way Kristy Lee Dupre sees it, wearing nothing onstage is like wearing any other costume.
"You have to get comfortable with it," Dupre said, "whether it's a big hoop skirt from the Victorian era or a birthday suit."
Dupre is performing in the Gilbert Theater's current production of "Naked."
And for a short time, she is naked.
The show consists of three original plays written by James Dean, Stephen Miles and Gilbert Artistic Director Robyne Parrish. Dupre acts in Parrish's play, "Goodbadugly," the last of the three plays in the show. Dupre plays a young woman wrestling with a symbolic devil and angel. She disrobes briefly.
Fayetteville certainly isn't a hotbed of theatrical nudity, though actors at local theaters have appeared in the buff on occasion, including Cape Fear Regional Theatre's "The Full Monty" in 2009. The nudity has more impact in a small, intimate theater like the Gilbert, where audience members aren't far from the stage, than it probably would have on a larger stage.
Parrish, who also directs "Naked," said the nudity is important to the theme of "Goodbadugly."
"It represents a rebirth of the character, I guess is the best way to put it," Parrish said. "(The character) just came out of the womb, (she's) raw."
Dupre said "Naked" marks her first time being naked in front of an audience. The actress, who has appeared in other local productions, said before the play debuted that she wasn't nervous about baring all onstage.
"But that's me sitting here right now in a jeans and T-shirt," she said.
Although the scene is less than two minutes long, she said, "I'm sure it will feel longer to me than it actually is."
For Dupre, the key is remembering that she's just an actress playing a role.
"I'm kind of just looking at it as another character," she said. "It's not Kristy Dupre that's naked on stage."
At a Friday night performance, the audience didn't seem to have a strong reaction to the nudity.
"She's a brave girl, I'll tell you that," a woman whispered to her companion as Dupre disrobed.
They knew it was coming. The front of the "Naked" program noted, "Caution: Contains full frontal nudity" and featured a picture of an unclothed woman seen from the back.
After the play, audience members seemed to take it all in stride.
"I thought it was fine," said Barry Buckman. "I think with the premise of the play, breaking down to who you are, it was appropriate."
"It didn't really faze me that much," added Mary Campbell. "It had the warning (on the program) and the name of the play is 'Naked,' so it was hard to be taken aback."
It doesn't appear that the extra exposure in local productions has caused any major fuss, according to those involved. The best way to avoid controversy about nudity, local directors and actors say, is to let the audiences know up front they will be seeing it all.
"We learned that you forewarn the audience that it's adult material," said Bo Thorp, founding artistic director of Cape Fear Regional Theatre. "If they don't want to see that, they know not to come."
Lynn Pryer is the founder of the Gilbert Theater. He recalls only one other Gilbert play that bared it all, "The Blue Room," from 2004. The play included full-frontal male nudity, Pryer said. Audiences were told beforehand to expect it.
Pryer said he remembers no controversy about "The Blue Room," which was staged at the Arts Council. In fact, he said, audiences seemed to enjoy it.
"When (the actor) came on, I would see all the female heads tilt to the right to get a better view, and some of the men, as well," Pryer said.
In 2009, Ron Hutchins directed a production of "The Full Monty" at CFRT. The play is about a group of blue-collar men who form a burlesque troupe after losing their jobs.
The play featured a brief scene at the show's conclusion in which the men appeared unclothed performing their burlesque number. But the actors kept to the back of the stage in the scene, and the stage was backlit in such a way that was intended to prevent the audience from actually seeing the nudity. Instead, only their silhouettes could be seen.
Hutchins, who is based in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., said he didn't hear complaints about the production, either from the cast or the audience.
As the title suggests, the director said the onstage nudity was important to the story. He met several times with Thorp about how to handle it.
"I don't think it's offensive in any way," Hutchins said. "It's looked at in a comical way."
Hutchins said the actors knew from the start that they would be required to be naked on stage. He said most were "gung-ho" about the idea, although some got nervous when the time actually came.
Thorp remembers the brief nude scene as "kind of scary." She said it depended on the technical staff turning up the lights at precisely the right time.
Most of the time, it worked, with one notable exception, said actor Ken Griggs.
Griggs is a frequent performer in CFRT plays, including the current "Legally Blonde." He was one of the strippers in "The Full Monty."
"The Full Monty" went well, he said, except for opening night when a lighting mix-up meant that the audience briefly saw, well, the full monty.
Griggs described himself as initially angry over the mishap.
"After that, I was so petrified that something would happen that I wore a brief," Griggs said. "I did that one night, and I felt like I was cheating."
Griggs said that the remaining run of the play went smoothly. "It actually became a really, really cool experience," he said.
Other than "The Full Monty," Thorp remembers only one brush with onstage nudity at the theater. In 1991, the theater staged a production of "Walking Across Egypt," based on the Clyde Edgerton book. The play featured a bathtub scene.
Thorp said a New York-based actor who performed in the play insisted on being nude in the tub, even though his nakedness couldn't be seen by the audience.
In the scene, the actor had to rise out of the tub with a towel. He accomplished the maneuver without the audience ever knowing he was in the buff, Thorp said.
"He was very agile," Thorp said. "He could get that towel up really fast."
