My first short film. Made on a budget of less than £300. I wanted to create something that allowed me to explore a few different methods and styles of film making within the one project. Ivy focuses on a couple who are fuelled by Marijuana and LSD, the effects the drugs have on either one of their personalities is the unstoppable force that drives the otherwise somewhat farfetched narrative. An homage to european horror tales updated by contemporary themes, this 12 minute short is not for everyone and has a lot to be criticised. However, as my first film I feel my skill has dramatically improved because of this experience and the other people involved in the project.
