Jumped the gun on Sara Tommasi saga yesterday. Apparently it's still on (July 7) due to clever work by Federico De Vincenzo selling the movie quickly to a foreign distributor where Italian laws and Sara's lawyers powerless to do anything about it. The dude probably anticipated issues arising from Sara thanks to her recent erratic behavior....
http://www.hardcelebrity.com/site/News/affaire-tommasi-federico-de-vincenzo-il-video-di-sara-sono-certo-che-uscira-e-con-la-tommasi-abbiamo-un-sacco-di-progetti-aperti.html (translated article) We met Frederick De Vincenzo- the sole company director of Diva and Star Agency. The guy is being accused by Sara Tommasi for forcing to take drugs and participate in a hardcore movie. He denies making any promises made to Sara halting the sales and release of the movie. "I never made any such promise to her during or after the contract signing. Anyway I'm a producer not a distributor. After making the movie I sold it to a foreign company that deals with the distribution." We interrupted De Vincenzo to get confirmation Sara Tommasi indeed has a contract with his agency. "Hell yes, here it is! Others can say what they want but, as the Latins said Verba volant, scripta manent ...
"I produced the film and, like all entrepreneurs who invest in a project - I then sold the material to derive revenue. It is the task of who has bought the film to promote, divulge and sell in different markets ... These are simple market logic." Will the film be released on the Italian market or not? "I think so but at the moment not sure. The company that bought Sara's movie will do what it wants and will release the video on the markets it considers most appropriate - China, India, Germany, Italy." What about the accusations that were leveled by Tommasi, who claimed to have been drugged before being filmed?
De Vincenzo smiles : "It 's water under the bridge with Sara clarifying everything. Sara after the scene was duly paid. She signed the release form (see photo below) . Each friction has been resolved and, despite what the rumors, our working relationship still going strong. We have a lot of projects ahead of us and we look forward to achieving that ... "
De Vincenzo : "I think the current problems with the lawyers and Sara was drugged was not of her making. There are people who are close to her that do not take kindly to this porn project and immediately tried to throw a wrench in the works. Doesn't it seem strange that a few days ago the site of 'Attorney Marra' - former lover of Sarah wanted to demonize so much of Tommasi's involvement in the hard world? Don't forget that few months ago the same Sara was used by Marra to pose nearly naked in order to demonstrate against the bank oligarchs...." Any new movies involving Sara on the pipeline? De Vincenzo : "Sara for the moment has not currently expressed any desire. We might have talks in the future about certain projects I have in mind" What kind of show are we talking about in the Sara's movie? De Vincenzo : "Sara is a very uninhibited girl and she proves proves it in the movie. Hers will be a top rate erotic show that will leave everyone present satisfied. That is a promise!" We asked how did the collaboration with Sara came about and whose idea was it? De Vincenzo : "Certainly, there is no secret. Mutual friends introduced me to Sara at a dinner in Naples. On that occasion as a joke Sara - knowing that I'm man of porn - tells me she likes watching porn and expressed a desire to give it a shot. I did not wait a second longer and after three meetings with Sara we quickly arranged a contract signing, discussed financial details and then we started shooting".

Lea Michele Talks Boobs! Glee Star Recalls Her Topless Broadway Past
Lea Michele loves her boobs, and she’s not ashamed to let everybody know it!
The bubbly Glee starlet is appearing on Bravo favorite Bethenny Frankel’s new talk show Bethenny this Thursday, and the show just released one very saucy preview clip of what’s to come. The topic of conversation? Lea’s very ample chest.
First things first: Lea assures Bethenny that her perky twins are all real. No cosmetic surgery here! “They’re all mine,” Lea clarifies, before continuing, “Lately, [...] everyday they’re like please, come, give us a chance. Give us a shot. We’ve always been so good to you.”
They’ve always been good to her? Wha...?
Allow Lea to explain: “When I was on Broadway, my most recent Broadway show was Spring Awakening and every night I did a topless scene. So when I lived in New York, they were like every night signing autographs. They were like the stars of New York. They were like, major.”
Oh, poor Lea’s boobs. It must be so difficult for them now that those days of Broadway fame are gone. Sadly, we doubt they’ll get to make a cameo on Glee anytime soon.
* Despite Lea's Jewish ancestry, she was raised Catholic. That is good news. Pretty pretty high percentage of nudity when it comes to actress from Jewish-Catholic background. All that guilt and angst leads to full frontal. Apparently she has 14-tattoos on her body. Incredible.

Damages Fifth and Final Season : Gather ’Round the Table! First exclusive look at the gothic image, in which regulars Glenn Close and Rose Byrne are joined by new blood John Hannah (by the door), Ryan Phillippe, Jenna Elfman (laid out on the table), and Janet McTeer.
Jenna Elfman (best known for her sitcom turns, including the new NBC comedy 1600 Penn) plays a pivotal — and not very funny – role. “Yeah, I get murdered!” she told me, hoping that she wasn’t letting slip with too big a spoiler. After all, she notes. “You’ll see the ad everywhere, where I’m naked in a bathtub with blood everywhere.” The way it sounds, Elfman’s on-screen death will figure into this season’s flashbacky, unraveling mystery. “It’s a real whodunit,” she says — one that features Ryan Phillippe as a Julian Assange type whom Elfman’s corporate whistleblower seeks out. “Ryan is incredible,” the actress raves. “It was some of the most fun I’ve had acting with anybody.”
We’re intrigued by the shadows, which are doing decidedly different things than the figures they’re attached to, and the birds. What’s up with the birds? Review the art, hit the comments and share what you think it means for Season 5, which premieres July 11 (9 p.m. ET/PT) on DirecTV Channel 239!
Jenna Elfman Talks Damages: Exclusive Interview
You won’t find any traces of quirky Dharma in Naomi Walling—Jenna Elfman’s character in Season 5 of Damages. Naomi is an investment bank employee who comes across some incriminating information about her company. Morally torn, she considers making this information public on Channing McLaren’s (Ryan Phillippe) website. Will she go through with it? You’ll have to tune in to Season 5 to see how the story unfolds. In the meantime, see what Jenna has to say about her transition to drama and what she did to prepare for her role. Our Damages insider, Josh Payne, recently sat down with Jenna for an exclusive interview.
JOSH PAYNE: Why did you want to do Damages? JENNA ELFMAN: I was excited to work on a well-written show with excellent actors. Also to change it up and do some drama I thought would be fun. And having the opportunity to change it up and play the types of scenes I haven’t yet had the opportunity to play.
JP: You’re known mainly for comedy. Was drama easier or more difficult? JE: When I started acting I did both. It was kind of by accident I got the comedy trajectory in my career. A happy accident. But I didn’t start acting to do comedy, necessarily. I love comedy and always wanted to do it. But I also love drama. I got in this business to become other characters and experience the lives of other people. I happened to get success with comedy and just kind of took that road.
JP: Recently you did an episode of Comedy Central’s Web series Matumbo Goldberg. How did you get involved in that? JE: I had a general meeting with Rob Pearlstein, the writer-director, a year before. He wound up doing this and asked me if I wanted a role on one episode. I read it and it was hilarious, so that’s how that came about.
JP: Was it vastly different from working in network TV? JE: It was different because the entire crew and production were smaller, which actually made it more fun because there wasn’t a huge done-by-committee executive presence on set. It was just the writer-director and the actors. It was much more laid back.
JP: How did you prepare for your role on Damages? JE: It’s funny. I did prepare, but sometimes you find something that’s not obvious but it opens the door for you, even though for others it may not seem like a direct connection. I actually did a lot of walking in New York City and, in my head, pretending I was Naomi Walling and I had just found out this horrible news. So walking amongst people and feeling that sense of disorientation and feeling like every single person knows everything about me now. And this awkward walking the streets a lot and imagining this sense of isolation and thinking about: “How do you solve this problem of your life that happens out of nowhere?” You went from a private life to a public life over night and it was all bad news.
* Is it too much (or too late?) to ask if for once Jenna shows her tits. Just a glimpse. Even in painted red hues will be nice....

Talk about a change of image! High School Musical star Ashley Tisdale dresses as hooker for Sons Of Anarchy guest role Her fans know her best as the villainous Sharpay Evans in the hit High School Musical series. But her latest role in the Sons Of Anarchy is as far away from the world of Disney as you can possibly get. The 26-year-old actress is starring as a high-class escort on two episodes of the hit show, which follows the adventures of a loose-knit outlaw motorcycle club.
Talk about a change of image! High School Musical star Ashley Tisdale dresses as hooker for Sons of Anarchy guest role And she certainly looked the part as she pranced around the set in North Hollywood today. She wore a racy pink mini-dress, though she also made sure to carry a woollen pullover just in case the temperature dipped. The pretty star topped off the look with a particularly high pair of stacked stiletto heels.
Showing plenty of leg: The star showed of her perfect pins in a short skirt and stilettos.
* For the first time I wish Sons of Anarchy was on Starz....

The changing face of the director’s cut
With a rumoured extended re-release of The Avengers, Ryan looks at the director’s cut, and how it’s evolved into a mainstream and profitable practice…
Back in 2009, James Cameron launched his magnum opus, Avatar. A hulking, ambitious sci-fi romance firmly in the Edgar Rice Burroughs mould, the movie cemented Cameron’s reputation as Hollywood’s most profitable filmmaker. Having made more than 2.7 billion at the box office, Avatar exited cinemas and began its home DVD and Blu-ray run in April 2010, and the marketing jamboree was over. Except it wasn’t. In the summer of 2010, Avatar returned to the big screen in a new, extended presentation which restored some footage trimmed from the original release - this included more exotic wildlife and fauna, as well as a few added seconds to its much-publicised alien sex scene. Although its success was undeniable (the re-release added another $9 million to the coffers), whether the public particularly wanted an even longer version of a movie already approaching three hours seemed questionable, and whether the added footage added much to Avatar’s narrative is also open to debate. Has the entire notion of the ‘director’s cut’ or the ‘extended edition’ been hijacked by marketing wizards? That’s a question I asked myself late last week, as news of two possible extended editions appeared in the news. First, there was Ridley Scott’s Prometheus, which, although still playing in theatres, is already being primed for its release on disc. During interviews, Scott spoke of there being approximately 20 minutes’ footage missing from the theatrical cut of Prometheus, which includes a longer human versus alien confrontation and other sundry moments of sci-fi darkness. Although Scott says the version in cinemas is ‘fundamentally the director’s cut’, he’s revealed that the DVD and Blu-ray release of Prometheus will feature an extra half hour of footage, either available as a selection from an extras menu, or worked back into the movie in an extended cut. “This [the theatrical version] is fundamentally the director’s cut. But there will be half an hour of stuff on the menu because people are so into films—how they’re made, how they’re set up, and the rejections in it. That’s why it’s fascinating. So this will all go on to the menu,” Scott explained. Although we don’t yet know how this additional footage will be billed - Fox may call it an ‘extended cut’, a ‘special edition’ or even ‘director’s cut’, depending on their mood - it seems that an extended home release will be used as a means of hooking in potential customers looking for more clues to the movie’s psuedo-philosophical conundrums.
When is a director’s cut not a director’s cut?
It wouldn’t be the first time Fox has issued a new cut of a film Scott’s already happy with. Scott had previously said in interviews that he was satisfied with the theatrical version of Alien first released in 1979, but in 2003, an extended ‘director’s cut’, restoring a few additional scenes - including one where Ripley discovers the alien’s nest, a moment greatly prized by the movie’s fans. On the Alien Quadrilogy director’s commentary track, Scott said the following: “Upon viewing the proposed expanded version of the film, I felt that the cut was simply too long and the pacing completely thrown off. After all, I cut those scenes out for a reason back in 1979. However, in the interest of giving the fans a new experience with Alien, I figured there had to be an appropriate middle ground. I chose to go in and recut that proposed long version into a more streamlined and polished alternate version of the film. For marketing purposes, this version is being called ‘The Director's Cut.’” Back in the present, it’s been rumoured that an extended version of The Avengers may be coming back to cinemas in the autumn. Although writer and director Joss Whedon has stated that his approximately two-hour cut of the film is the definitive version as far as he’s concerned, he’s also spoken tantalisingly of some potentially great scenes which didn’t make the theatrical edit. "One of the best scenes that I wrote was the beautiful and poignant scene between Steve and Peggy [Carter] that takes place in the present," Whedon told Collider. "And I was the one who was like: 'Guys, we need to lose this.'" Whedon may be happy with The Avengers as it stands, but if its studio decides that an extended cut will make money at the box office, then it’s almost certain they’ll release one in any case.
A bit of history
The whole notion of releasing an extended cut to cinemas is an interesting reversal of studio habits in the 70s, 80s and 90s. Back then, the whole notion of director’s cuts and extended editions arose as an indirect result of studio meddling. The most famous instances, curiously, come from two directors already featured in this article: Ridley Scott and James Cameron. Ridley Scott’s Blade Runner was initially released in 1982 with a happy ending and a voice over at the behest of an anxious studio worried about the movie’s commercial prospects. Numerous alternate cuts appeared on television, on VHS and in theatres afterwards, and it was only in 1992 that a Director’s Cut arrived which brought the film closer to Scott’s originally intended version. A further Final Cut appeared in 2007, adding some snippets of gore from the international theatrical release, as well as some other alterations and improvements approved by Ridley, such as reduced unicorn horn wobble in a late dream sequence. James Cameron’s Aliens was originally edited down not because the studio was unhappy with the finished product, but because it was deemed too long; for its theatrical release, scenes which Fox thought contained "too much nothing" were snipped out. With Aliens running to a leaner 137 minutes, cinema owners could cram more showings of the movie into their daily schedule. An extended, 154 minute Aliens: Special Edition was released on VHS in the early 90s, and later Cameron films - The Abyss and Terminator 2: Judgment Day - were also put out in extended versions for their home video run. Of course, it’s far more common, over the last decade or so, to see a mainstream movie approach a three-hour duration, and it’s likely that movies such as Aliens and Terminator 2 would be released without edits if they’d been made in more recent years.
The new age of extended cuts
Extended cuts of films are now more prevalent than ever. Movies are regularly released on DVD and Blu-ray in special unrated editions or with labels which shout, “Contains footage never before seen in theatres!” or “Raunchier R-rated edition!” In the autumn, we’ll get to see the uncut version of The Hunger Games for the first time, with the flashes of gore initially removed to get a lucrative 12A certificate reinstated. With the topic of certification becoming an increasingly prevalent one in recent years, with question marks hanging over whether Prometheus would be released as an R or would be cut to be legible for a PG-13, and where a film like The Hunger Games was trimmed to make it suitable for a teen audience, how long is it before we see more than one edit of a movie released simultaneously? After all, we can choose whether we want to see a film in 2D or 3D - though the number of screens is often weighted heavily towards the latter - so why not release R and PG-13 rated versions of films, and let audiences decide for themselves which they’d prefer to see?
The special edition goes mainstream
In many instances, these alternate versions offer an insight into the filmmaking and editing process which true cinema fans often crave. It’s also true that, in the case of The Avengers especially, we’re intrigued to see those bits of footage that Whedon felt compelled to leave out, and what they can tell us about the characters’ motivations. At the same time, it’s strange to see alternate and extended cuts being used increasingly as a marketing tool. What was once a term that indicated some form of restoration - usually as a result of forces outside a filmmaker’s control - is now commonly used as a means of drumming up interest for either a second theatrical run or a forthcoming DVD release. It’s worth noting, too, that where special editions or director’s cuts were once the preserve of the cult or genre movie – the likes of Apocalypse Now, Heaven’s Gate, Superman 2 or the aforementioned Blade Runner, for example. Now, they’ve gone mainstream; of the top-ten movies currently on the US box-office success list, the following have been re-released in extended versions, or as 3D special editions, often with one or two revised scenes: Avatar, Titanic, Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace, Star Wars, E.T., and The Lion King. If the rumours are true, The Avengers, now the third highest-grossing movie of all time, could be the seventh entry on this list. Whether you regard director’s cuts as a valuable insight into the process of making your favourite movies, a cunning way of coaxing a little more money out of your pocket or, in all likelihood, both, it’s clear that this once niche interest has hit the mainstream – and for now, it’s clearly here to stay.

Without a country of their own
In April 2009, the VCReporter published a story about a 21-year-old undocumented worker living in Santa Paula who came to this country with her parents when she was 5. Rosalyn (not her real name) immigrated in 1992 with her pregnant mother, father and younger sister from Michoacán, Mexico, where those who made $5 per week were considered wealthy. In 2005, Rosalyn graduated from an acclaimed public high school in Ventura and went off to California Lutheran University in Thousand Oaks on a parent-plus student loan, for which her father made payments right away. Three years later, she graduated from CLU with her bachelor’s degree in Spanish. She had great ambitions after graduation, but her hopes had all been diminished because of a broken immigration system that had put off her chances of achieving residency status to the year 2016. And that was still a stretch. At the time the article was published, she was employed on the assembly line of a makeup factory in Oxnard.
Fast-forward three years. On June 15, President Barack Obama made a major change to the country’s deportation policy that would help people like Rosalyn work in this country legally. The latest immigration reform gives certain undocumented immigrants — those who can prove they were brought into the United States before they turned 16 and are younger than 30, have been in the country for at least five continuous years, have no criminal history, graduated from a U.S. high school or earned a GED or served honorably in the military — the opportunity to apply for a work permit that will be good for two years with no limits on how many times it can be renewed. Though Rosalyn has since changed her phone number, making following up nearly impossible, this new law may change not only her life, but those of 800,000 immigrants in similar situations.
There are dissenters, though, as to be expected, and they fall on both sides of the spectrum. Conservatives claim it will take away jobs from Americans while illegal immigrants and their advocates have their doubts that it will come to fruition as explained. There are also those who feel this policy change won’t make much of a difference and is simply a political move by Obama to secure the Latino vote. Everyone who disagrees with Obama’s decision has a valid point to a degree but there is a bigger, broader picture they seem to be missing.
Outspoken conservatives against illegal immigration will never see the issue as anything other than black and white. For those who are living illegally in this country, they need to get out — and many of them have. In October 2011, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement announced that in the last year more illegal immigrants had been deported than ever before — close to 400,000 — though more than half were convicted criminals, and more than two-thirds of the other removals in 2011 were either recent border crossers or repeat immigration violators. The reason for the increase in deportations — more money in the federal budget reserved for ICE. But the bright side that conservatives fail to recognize is any possibility that those who will now be able to get their work permits may actually bolster the economy by opening up their own businesses and providing more jobs in an economy that is stagnating. For illegal immigrants and their advocates who have their doubts, only time will tell. For those who feel the change in immigration policy isn’t enough, at the very least, it is something.
In the end, it all boils down to Rosalyn, a girl who was brought here illegally by her parents by no choice of her own. She has no country to call her own and still we blame her for it. In our society, where we have strict standards on how children should be treated, on how people should be punished for hurting children, on opportunities we give to children to grow and prosper, it comes as a major shock that children who have been brought here illegally have been considered in any way second class in comparison to the American born. In fact, it is the only instance where the child is punished for the crime of the parent(s). We stand by President Obama and his effort to restore dignity and respect to children without a country to call their own.

Reporter mistakes sex toy for mushroom
A young female reporter from Xi’an TV Station mistakenly introduced a sex toy for men to masturbate with, claiming it was a rare mushroom (see video). The reporter claimed that an old farmer found what he thought was the rare lingzhi mushroom when digging a well near his house in Xi’an city, the capital of Shaanxi province. Lingzhi means “miraculous long life” and the mushroom has been used as a medicinal herb for at least 2,000 years in China, most notably by the Emperor Qin Shi Huang (259BC–210), who painstakingly sought it out in his search for immortality While villagers handled and stroked the sex toy, the reporter gave a passionate and detailed description. She then gave it a good squeeze and touched it up, saying the top of the “mushroom’s” head had a mouth-like opening with a small hole. “It’s really smooth to the touch,” she commented. She said the villagers had checked on the Internet and were sure they had a rare lingzhi mushroom, while experts were being summoned to confirm. But it didn’t take long for netizens to work out that it was in fact a sex toy, the rubber kind that simulate a woman’s private part and men put over their penises to rub up and down until the point of blessed relief. The TV station admitted the mistake and apologized on its microblog, on Monday, saying its reporter was young and inexperienced. “We are sorry we misled viewers and made them feel uncomfortable,” it said in a statement.

Lingerie Football League players fight during All-Star Game Slowly but surely, the Lingerie Football League has emerged as a microcosm for two things people love in America: sex and violence. The sex — well, that’s pretty self-explanatory. There are certain players who would like to see the skimpy outfits go away sometime in the future, but that’s not happening as long as the LFL is in existence. As for the fighting, we’re starting to see a lot more of that as of late while the LFL is on its All-Star Game world tour. In the video below, you see Tessa Barrara of the Los Angeles Temptation throw a late hit on Kyle DeHaven of the Baltimore Charm during an All-Star game in Australia. DeHaven did not appreciate the extracurricular activity, so she responded by punching Barrara in the gut. Then, the swears starting flying and the ratings flash upward a tiny bit. The video contains very strong language.
As Rick Chandler pointed out, the ref saw the entire exchange unfold yet did absolutely nothing. That sounds awfully similar to what the refs did when the two LFL coaches went after each other last month during another All-Star Game. Could it be that this stuff is planned and the refs know the sport needs it to survive? Naaaaaaa.

Kwak Hyun Hwa Starts Controversy with Her Banana Eating Picture
Korean comedian/singer Kwak Hyun Hwa has once again caused controversy. In the past, she posed half-naked in order to promote voting in South Korea. Recently, she caused a ruckus with a picture where she is eating a banana. Back in February Kwak Hyun Hwa put up a picture of her eating a banana. One individual commented, “Honestly this girl. I don’t know why she posts these kind of pictures. Kwak Hyun Hwa, she used to be a comedian and now publicizes herself by taking off her clothes. I always think that she has a weird sense of ‘common sense.’ Although she does have a killer body. However, even her body I don’t want to see sometimes, it makes me disgusted and also feel dirty.”
Kwak Hyun Hwa replied, “Hello? I am Kwak Hyun Hwa. What is wrong with this picture? How do you eat bananas, how can I eat the banana in a way that does not seem dirty. Whenever I eat food my eyes become like that. Also, when you eat don’t you use your teeth or tongue? I am curious so please tell me.” She continued, “Even when I wear the same one-piece dress as somebody else, they say I look sexier. When people say I look sexy I don’t mind it. I take it as a compliment. I don’t want to say anything about that. That’s whatever you feel, and you are free to feel what you want to. However, I don’t think it is right if you take that and try to start a witch hunt with me.” On June 18 she brought up the incident through twitter again, “When I put up the banana picture I knew that there would be people like this, also I knew that it might follow me around for the rest of my life. However, I hate people who talk without knowing the situation. Do you eat bananas with your nose? Damnit. I had to reply because I felt so stifled.”
