You are, no doubt, aware of the enormous popularity of cosmetic surgery in South Korea. While public opinion on the procedures is still split, we definitely feel that, hey, it’s your body, so do what you want!

Nevertheless, it can be quite startling at times to see just how much a skilled surgeon can do. From the Japanese woman transforming herself into a living porcelain doll to the images of South Korean cosmetic surgery we showed you earlier this year, we are always amazed by the possibilities opened up by a carefully wielded scalpel, and the following collection of images is no exception.

Today, we have 61 more before-and-after images of cosmetic surgery from South Korea. Since they all seem to be advertisements from clinics and hospitals, we’re sure that only the best, most extreme examples have been selected, but even so the photos certainly show off the sometimes troubling level of skill of plastic surgeons in the country possess.

Hmm…now I know where to go when I decide to make a go at being a Hollywood star. I’ll definitely need all the help I can get!

While cosmetic surgery is quite a contentious issue, and will likely remain so for quite some time, we are still thoroughly amazed by the transformations that can be made by the right surgeon. We just hope that after all the time, money, and most likely pain, that cosmetic surgery requires, these people are happy…

Just makes sure you go to the right surgeon, okay?

* I said it before, I'll say it again....Koreans PS's are the best when it comes to cosmetic surgery. More and more folks from other countries are traveling to Korea to acquire far more natural supple looking breasts rather than those humongous plastic tits back home. Warning though. We still are unsure of the ingredients used to create those seemingly realistic breasts.
